Windows 10: Synching with Dropbox

Two weeks ago my computer stopped synching with Dropbox. Specifically we have narrowed it down to when my machine uploads data to Dropbox. Dropbox has been trying to work on this with me to no avail - I am running the most current version of Dropbox and we have gone through all of the permissions, etc...

Deleting Dropbox

• Do let us know the complete error message/ error code of this issue?
• Are you referring to Dropbox icon/ application on Windows 10?

If you are referring to Dropbox app on your device, try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: If the Dropbox is preloaded on your desktop:

• Click Start.
• Click Settings.
• Click System.
• Click Apps & features.
• Select Get Dropbox or Dropbox X GB from the application list, where "X" is the amount of space corresponding to your promotion.
• Click Uninstall.

Step 2: If the Dropbox is a desktop app follow:

• Press Windows + X, click on Control Panel.
• Under Programs, select Uninstall a program.
• Select Dropboxfrom the list of programs, and click Uninstall.

windows calendar is not synching

• Is the Calendar not synching in Windows Phone or PC?

If the Calendar is not synching in PC I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps you.

Let's try the below steps and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

Step 1: I suggest you to run the
Troubleshooter for Windows App and see if it helps to resolve the issue.

Step 2: If the issue persists, then I suggest you to
remove and reconfigure the account back in the Mail app.


Reconfiguring the account should force it to sync again and resolve the issue.
