Windows 10: Syncing issue

My files are always synced and unnecessary files are loaded in one drive when i click on the onedrive icon it always show looking for changes and files with different extensions are loaded to onedrive. I can see that beneath all the files on my desktop a cloud sign changes to another sign during this process . This lead to the storage being full for this account on one drive . I dont want Onedrive to start syncing all files evry time i start using my PC . What should i do

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

Does this issue confined to keyboard layout?

I suggest you to Turn off the Language preference and Ease of access Sync settings and check if it helps. You may follow the steps below and check if it helps:

  Press Windows key and then type Sync your settings.
  
• 
  Turn off language preference and ease of access.
