Windows 10: System alert! Virus detected

I have windows 10 on my Lenovo Yoga laptop, and I keep getting this message it pops up on my laptop about 10-15 times a day. I do not have McAfee installed, which makes me think this is a virus. I have tried searching different variations via google but have not been able to find this issue yet. Has anyone else run into this? And what is my best option to get rid of it? Thank you!

Fake Virus Alert Popups with Edge browser

Check that the tab it starts with is unpinned. When that site opens click the lock icon in address bar and block notifications. Just some suggestions.

This keeps popping up on my windows explorer System virus alert, Microsoft defender is supicious about your windows. Call
*** Phone number is removed for privacy *** immediately. Do not turn off your computer. Anyway, I contacted mircrosoft (not the number provided) they want like almost $200 to help me (ridiculous I
know) my antivius does not detect virus. I downloaded microsoft malware removal and nothing seems to work. Can someone help me?

Emergency Alerts

Just to confirm, is this the same thing that you tried on your phone, in order to turn off Amber Alerts?

• Open Settings.
• Tap on System.
• Tap on Messaging.
• Tap on the Change emergency alert settings link.
• Turn on or off the emergency alerts you want.

Let us know if this was the same thing that you tried.

We would also suggest to reset your phone after doing these steps to ensure that the changes on your phone's settings will be refreshed.

Simply press and hold the Power and Volume down button for 15 seconds and then release your hold afterwards.
