Windows 10: System and Settings

Recently this year I bought a brand new Windows computer and it has been working perfectly until today. When I first logged in, it took longer than usual and popped up an old Windows program. I can't access my files or open any other app other than the ones pinned on the desktop. I tried resetting the computer multiple times and even completely turned it off in case it was a small bug. However, the computer system remained the same. Then I tried to open settings to update or even fix my computer but it doesn't let me. It keeps saying that the setting program is none existent on my computer. I

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
