Windows 10: System Completely Shut off while playing a game trying to diagnose the issue

Basically was playing a game and all the sudden my computer freezes everything got slow for a few seconds then black screened and turned off. I have a copy of the even viewer if anyone would like to see it. Just trying to figure out if its a hardware issue or what. I followed this What Should You Do When Facing Event ID 7023 in Windows 10/11? - MiniTool Partition Wizard guides as well to see if this would help no success I also noticed my graphics card is really pushing to 100% while running a this game. The problem is my roomie has the same card and his runs at 20%?? System Info -Intel i9-990

• Is this issue specific to any game?
• Do you get any error message while trying to play?

My PC keeps shutting down unexpectedly when playing Valorant & PUBG

I hope this message finds you well. I’m experiencing an issue with my PC where it randomly shuts down while playing games like Valorant and PUBG. Sometimes it runs 1 to 2 games before shutting down unexpectedly.

I’ve tried a few troubleshooting steps, such as checking for overheating, updating drivers, and adjusting power settings. However, the problem persists. I suspect there might be an underlying issue causing these shutdowns.

Could you please provide guidance or suggest additional steps to diagnose and resolve this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can't play Hit It Rich game and system freezes

Thank you for your response.

I can understand how frustrating it would be. This issue might be due to corrupted profile or if the game is not installed completely. I suggest you to follow these steps and let us know if it works.

Could you please help me with the below questions:

• Are you aware of any changes happened on the computer prior to this issue?
  
• Have you tried playing this game on other browser (Google chrome or Mozilla) and check for the issue?
  

Step 1: Uninstall or Repair the game.

1. Press Windows and
   R key together on your Keyboard.
2. Type appwiz.cpl and hit enter.
   
3. Right click on the Hit it Rich app > Select Repair or uninstall it.
4. Reinstall the application and check for the issue.
   

Step 2: Create a new local account.

The reason might be due to user account corruption, so I would suggest you to ‘Create
a local user or administrator account’ and check if the issue persists.

Note: You will not see all your files under your default file location.
So your data will be saved under C:\Users\User_name.
