    System Configuration not responding


    While trying to complete a clean boot I get to the final step click ok and just get system not responding. I am trying to do a clean boot to remove ASUS data security manager, which I cannot seem to remove in the normal way through control panel uninstall programs. The reason I am trying to remove the ASUS data security manager is I am getting the no more files error when trying to do a save as!!

    Windows 10 Home 64 bit Version 1703 boot and email problems

    Thanks for the suggestion, Ken. I followed the Clean Boot you suggested. I got to Step 6 then I the "system Not Responding" in the System Configuration Menu Bar. It never ended. I couldn't get out without physically rebooting the computer which booted up in normal mode. No changes made in System Configuration were applied. Any ideas?
