Windows 10: System doesn’t save sudoku daily challenges

My system didn’t save the daily challenge when I played sudoku. For a few second a success badge appeares on the screen and then it goes away. But after the second competition it always saves. Why?

Sudoku Daily Challenge is not allowing sign in.

I play Sudoku, Solitaire and Mahjong daily challenges..... Only, the Sudoku Daily Challenge will not allow sign in and does not sync when attempting to sign in. The other two do allow sign in.

To troubleshoot regarding any issues with the apps which are installed from Microsoft store, I suggest you to refer the article
