Windows 10: System/Duplicated/Hacked PC/Windows... Anyone know MSC files?!

Hello Microsoft Community,Pics of everything Please Note: All the duplicated and unknown MSC files in the beginning, as A-*****-.png and B-****.png, sorted by name/location folder - there's NO WAY this is normal when a flashed BIOS and freshly-formatted hard drive with zero partitions is made, 1863.0GB available/0.00 used, gets a fresh install of Windows 10 directly from Microsoft, and all of this stuff happens below and as shown in pics:https://www.mediafire.com/folder/mzr094ov316jw/PC-PicsWhenever the operating system is finished, it's automatically putting the computer into a "workgroup"

Multiple duplicate .msc files

Anyone know why I have 8 duplicate copies of azman.msc, 8 certmgr.msc, 8 comexp.msc, etc in different folders

C:\Windows\system32, C:\Windows\system32\en-US, C:\Windows\SysWOW64, C:\Windows\SysWOW64\en-US, C:\Windows\WinSxS\amd64... , C:\Windows\WinSxS\amd64... , C:\Windows\WinSxS\x86...

in fact duplicates of every msc file on the PC, either 2 of, 4 of or for most 8 of. It is only 16MB in total, but why are they there and which if any can I delete?

By definition, those file are related to software developer tools:

• Comexp.msc is a type of MSC file associated with Microsoft Developer Network disc 3715 developed by Microsoft.
• Certmgr.msc (Certificate Manager) tool handles certificates, certificate trust lists (CTLs), and certificate revocation lists (CRLs).
• AzMan is a role-based access control (RBAC) framework that provides an administrative tool to run authorization policy and a runtime that permits applications to conduct access checks against that policy.

Finding duplicate files

Hey hey,

During the years the backups have just accumulated in random places, essentially, and I would like to clean up. Is there a program that can search for duplicate files? And by that I mean identical files. I tried dupeGuru, but that somehow found ... all files to be identical I guess? Like how a bunch of jpg's with different names, sizes and locations being marked 100% identical, or how a bunch of xls-files with completely different everything also were 100% matches with each other. I don't need any fancy functions, just a list of the files that share the name and filesize and created/last write dates.
