    SYSTEM IMAGE CREATION - Error Message ,"RPC Server is Unavailable Ox800706BA"


    1. I use Windows 10 32 Bit Version updated till version 1803 and minor updates till 16 Nov 2018.
    2. I use 1 TB external drive Transcend - partitioned into two - one for File History and other for System Image Backup.
    3. My Laptop HP ProBook has 4 USB ports.
    4. Tried the creation of the System image at least 4 times by using all the USB ports.
    5. Always get the Error MEssage as shown in the Subject above.
    6. Before July 2018, I could create and I wanted to update it but lost my previous system creation backup.

    The RPC Server is Unavailable

    Whenever I try to create a system image with Backup and restore (Windows 7) I would receive this error -

    The RPC Server is Unavailable (0x800706BE)

    Just installed Windows (fresh install)

    32-bit Windows 10 Single Language.
