    System keeps crashing causing the GPU


    A few days ago I was cleaning my computer including every single part. I opened up the graphics card, cleaned it with IPA and replaced the thermal paste on the GPU. I turned on the computer and everything was fine. After a few minutes, I launched the remastered Spider-Man game and the entire system froze in the menu. The same thing happened in GTA 5 and GTA 4. After the crash, I even got a blue screen with the description: "DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION". Before getting these bsods, I tried a different GPU GT 730 4GB and had to install outdated nvidia drivers 388.11 I think. I searched fix for th

    GPU-Z 0.7.5 causing crashes on load up

    Any chance you could narrow it down to which running application causes GPU-Z to crash? Ideally steps to reproduce for me here.

    Help! New system keeps crashing

    It's runing through them now. It's a step forward, as the problem was the system crashing as soon as I pressed the key to boot from the disk, it crashed before I even got to install it. When it's done, I'll burn another copy, see if that works.
