Windows 10: System License Violation error ( Please help me )

Dear Microsoft helping Community,


I am encounter an problem saying " Pc ran to an error saying system license Violation "

And its in blue screen. After that no way of getting to windows, everytime I open laptop it says the same error. Please help me i have lot of important files in it. If i loose those files then my life is gone.

Mine it was 1 week expired windows 10 pro. The message was popping Everytime saying your pc windows expired.

System License Violation BSOD

I did a system restore after the issue with WIFI hardware device but it didn’t help so I restarted my laptop again. Restarting didn’t help either and since that moment I have been having the system license violation BSOD for every start-up.

I am unable to do another system restore, to access safe mode, to reset my PC.

I understand how frustrating it could be when the computer doesn’t work properly.

The BSOD error or the blue screen of death appears when the Windows operating system encounters any critical error from where it cannot recover, it can occur Due to Windows system files corruption, Corrupted Windows registry, Damaged RAM or faulty
system drivers, Hard disk drive corruption or Driver confliction between newly installed hardware.

To narrow down the cause of the issue, we will need a few more information from you. Please reply to the following questions:

• Do you receive any error code?
  
• Are you able to login to the computer?
  
• What is the make and model of your computer?
  

Since you have already tried a System Restore, I suggest you to perform a startup repair on the computer, and check if that helps in fixing the issue. To perform a Startup repair we need to create a bootable media.

Please follow the steps mentioned below to perform a startup repair on the computer:

1. To create a bootable media, follow the steps from How
   to create Windows 10 installation DVD/USB flash drive.
   
2. Boot the computer using the bootable media.
   
3. Note: You may need to configure your BIOS settings if your PC does not automatically boot via USB media.
   
4. In the Windows setup page, click on
   Repair your Computer.
   
5. Select Troubleshoot option and click on
   AdvancedOptions.
   
6. Click on Startup Repair option and select the operating system.
   

Once the Startup repair is completed, please check if the issue is fixed.

Intel to Call on AMD, to Discuss Possible License Violations

I can't see Intel getting anywhere in regards to x86 with the acquisition of ATI but Intel definitely has something on AMD's creating The Foundry Company. The rights to x86 aren't transferable yet AMD has transferred them. I'd say it's a definitive violation of the license agreement so AMD best be prepared to pony up for a second license in addition to penalties for violating the license. It doesn't bode well for AMD at all.
