Windows 10: System memory failure

Yesterday I was playing Roblox, it crashed and a few minutes later i get a notification from dell support assist saying system memory failurewhat do I do I can't find anything on YouTube about this I don't know what to do, i should note that my memory has been updated in the past from 8 gb to 16 gb sticks x 2 equaling 32 but this upgrade was 2 years ago no issues since until yesterday.i ran some diagnostic tests and it said some memory issues were resolved but when the test ended it gave me a critical error saying one or more memory issues were detectedthis is also a dell laptop my memory type

System Reserved Memory issue

Hi Rowan,

The reduction in available system memory depends on the configuration of the following:

• The devices that are installed in the computer and the memory that is reserved by those devices
• The ability of the motherboard to handle memory
• The system BIOS version and settings
• The version of Windows 10 that is installed
• Other system settings

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest that you check your system for memory problems.

Here's how:

• Type mdsched.exe in the search bar and select the best match.
• When prompted by the User Account Control, enter an admin user name and password, and click
  Yes.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to run it.
