Windows 10: System recovery point?

So I want to create some sort of disk image or system recovery point (don’t know the right terminology).this is what I am exactly looking for: I want to have some sort of disk image that lets me reset/recover windows to a certain point in time. In my case I want it to be a fresh install of windows with about 5 apps installed and other minor things (wallpaper, settings, etc.). I want to do this so that whenever Windows gets clunky, I can just restore it to that previous version. One slight problem is that I change hardware often and I am afraid the the restore point or disk image won’t be compatible. Will there actually be any problems?

However let’s say I don’t change hardware that often. What will be my best option then?

For thouse who CAN help...:I can't enter adb (device not recognized), can't flash using stock recovery (don't really know the steps and stuck at triage and dead android when in recovery),

1. Step 1: Right-click the lower-left corner and open System in the Quick Access Menu.
2. Step 2: Choose System protection on the left.
3. Step 3: Select a hard disk and tap Configure to move on.
4. Step 4: Choose Turn on system protection and hit OK.
5. Step 3: Select Disable system protection and hit OK.
