    Hi I did a full system reset under the recover option in settings for my Alienware laptop because it was running slow and that usually helps

    But when it reset it went through the home country, language, keyboard and time zone option then I click next and it goes to the connect to wifi or network cable and updates will install and I click next again and it shows the loading icon and says just a moment and it does that for a few minutes but then my laptop just resets and goes back to the start with the language options and goes through it again I have gone though the whole thing like 8 times now What do I do?

    Step 1 App Troubleshooter

    After trying to run the app, get message:

    • “Windows Sore cache and licences may be corrupt. Resetting Windows Store will resolve cache and licence issues. Would you like to reset now?”

    Responded yes to reset

    • Message Windows Store Cache may be damaged..............not fixed”

    Tried powering off and on, but same symptom.

    Any further suggestions?

    Thank for providing the details we requested. Since you're still having issues with the Photos app, we suggest that you follow the steps posted below to reset the Photos app in Windows 10:

    • Open the Settings app by pressing the Windows key + I and then select the
      Apps icon.
    • Click on the option labeled Apps & features on the left side. Then from the list shown select the app (ex: Photos) you want to reset and then click on the
      Advanced options link.
    • Select the Reset button under Storage usage and app reset.
    • Then click Reset to confirm the process on the new pop up dialogue box.
    • You will now see a check mark indicating the app has been reset.

    can not reset widows 10 from media

    Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately I did follow the steps from the recovery option for Windows 10 . Repair your computer , troubleshoot, reset this PC, or advanced options, and I still get the same message : there was a problem can not reset this PC.

    Any further suggestions? It is very frustrating. Thank you
