Windows 10: System restore issue

Hello,


Yesterday I got a blue screen error ..i don't the error name.


Today I performed system restore so that I can get back my system last state.

Initially it showed me" please wait while your system files and settings are Being restored....system restore initializing " later " it showed " system restore is restoring the registry items". After some time , it showed " restarting" .


For more than one and half hours , it has been showing " restarting " .


What I have to do now?


Please help me


I didn't take backup of my personal files before.

System restore got stuck

I appreciate if you could answer few questions to narrow down to the issue.

• What was the exact issue that you were facing that lead to perform restore?
• Did you receive any error message, when the system restore got stuck?
• Did you install any third party security application?

Since the computer is being stuck, I suggest you to restart the computer and try to perform the restore again and check if it helps.

I also suggest you to provide more information regarding the issue which led to perform system restore along with the make and model of the computer.
