Windows 10: System restore no longer works

Discus and support System restore no longer works in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I cannot notice any restore points after Windows 10 upgrade. I have version 1809.     I cannot notice any restore points after Windows 10 upgrade. I have version 1809. How to fix it and get back to restore point?

    Programs not working


    In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
    Are you able to follow them?
    In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

    System Restore Not Working

    System Restore is no longer working for me and I recieve the error code 0x8007045b.

    I've tried the various suggestions such as trying SR in safe mode and checking if the service is running... so on and so forth.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    System restore no longer works

    windows xp duel boot with vista restore points

    Turn off system restore in XP altogether...or if you dont want to, AsRocks suggestion should work :\
