Windows 10: SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION CONTINUOUS RESTART

Hello, while I was working in windows 10,my system stuck and I forced shut down my pc. Since I started my pc again, I got a "system service exception" error with a continuous restarting. every time it loads log in screen and type my password, I have a blue screen with that "system service exception" and restarts again. I tried to load safe mode but I get the same. I also tried to restore my system to a previous date but then I get a wdfilter.sys error and failure. Please help me !!!!

BSOD System Service Exception

Hello,

I recently upgraded my PC, almost all of my components except for keyboard, mouse, power supply, and monitors. Here is a list of my equipment:

Motherboard: Asus Prime B450m-a/csm

CPU: AMD 2700x

Ram: Trident Z RGB 3000mhz

GPU: EVGA GTX 1080 FTW

Storage: Adata M.2 256gb NVMe

External 1tb Mybook

After I got all my equipment set up I have been getting a BSOD System Service Exception. I have tried a clean install on my M.2 with Windows 10 Pro, but I continue to get a BSOD. I have ran a Checkdisk, and did a memory check also with nothing found.
I am not overclocking anything yet so I am not sure why this error is happening.

I went online and did all of the steps to try to figure out what was wrong, but could not figure this out.

Please Help!!!

 

Being told by Desktop to Check for Stopcode, and System Service Exception

User/Friend was playing Microsoft Solitaire on his desktop, when the system rebooted.

It continued to reboot, display messages of Microsoft encountering problems with restarting.

I have tried to restore to a previous install point, tried resetting the PC, and conducting diagnostic repairs, all to no avail.

The system will no longer come up.

Even tried Safe Mode, and it came up with Microsoft Windows encountered problem restarting.

Again messages indicating System Service Exception upon restarting. System will not come up to be of any use.

Any suggestions on what I should try to fix friend's computer?
