Windows 10: System Service Exception on starting ubuntu in virtualbox

I'm trying to start an Ubuntu image on virtual-box but every time i click start the windows stops with an 'SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION' and a blue screen, attached is the link to a one drive folder containing my minidumps for the last 3 occurrences, kindly guide me to resolve this issue.

SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION on Windows 10

i have done all the same steps which are given in the instruction just there is a difference of version.

Still it gives blue Screen "System Service Exception".

Did anyone on this thread ever find out the cause of this problem?

I have a similar problem with VirtualBox causing a BugCheck (BSOD) when starting VMs. It appears to have started after installing these Microsoft updates:

The WinDBG report for the minidump shows:

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3b)

An exception happened while executing a system service routine.

Arg2: ffffd781e97fe8b3, Address of the instruction which caused the bugcheck

Arg3: ffffd781eca1acf0, Address of the context record for the exception that caused the bugcheck

I've tried uninstalling VirtualBox and re-installing the latest version, but nothing helps (now on v5.1.22). I also have Visual Studio 2010 and Visual Studio 2013 installed.
