Windows 10: System Service Exception Problem.

Hello, let me start of by saying I have had this problem since the very beginning with this PC. It happens about once every two days browsing the internet and basically guaranteed to happen after about 30 mins to an hour if I am playing a game. I finally managed to get the dump files but I do not know how to read them. Any help is appreciated, I would like to be able to play games on this computer as that is what is was built for. SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION on Windows 10

i have done all the same steps which are given in the instruction just there is a difference of version.

Still it gives blue Screen "System Service Exception".
