System slow after Cumulative Update KB5036893

Here is my specs for reference:Windows 11 Home, Dell Inspirion 15 with the Intel core i3 1215U and 16gb of ddr4 ram. Before this update I was running fine. In task manager my memory usage was always around 50%. Discord, Spotify, browser librewolf, Steam, and then sometimes running a game and sometimes not. I could run all this fine, no lag or anything. In l4d2 for example I got like 100fps. Vrchat I got 70. Maximum. Then I installed this god foresaken update. This **** absolutely wrecked my laptop. I was reduced to an extremely laggy laptop in which, I still had 50% memory usage and my CPU

    :)
