Windows 10: system_service_exception windows 10

HiI received the Stop Code: System Service Exception blue screen whilst using my computer. I was working and everything froze.Then the blue screen appeared.The computer attempted to restart and i had another blue sceen 'Automatic repair couldn't repair your PC'I then restarted whilst pressing F2 and went into the BIOS settings. Upon exiting, the PC started correctly.I have ad the 'Automatic repair couldn't repair your PC' numerous times when returning to my PC after it had been left on.Any help would be greatly appreciatedI am not a computer whizz!ThanksJon

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Bluescreen SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION on Windows 10
