Windows 10: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED ntoskrnl.exe BSOD error.

I am always getting BSOD with following error. I even tried reinstalling windows but the problem still persists.

• Update your Realtek audio driver.
• Update your computer.
