Windows 10: SystemSettings.exe - win.10 OSB 18252

My PC working with OSB 18252 is being hang frequently after installation of OSB 18252 on dt. 04.10.2018

I have rest win-10 removing every things and fresh installed osb 18252.1000.But still no solution has been got and problem remains yet with following details. Help form any body solicited .

Expression screen capture not working with Win 10

 

OSB Built 17730.1000 of Win-10,ver-1803 download and installation problem

After successfully installation of OSB 17728.1000 on 01-08-2018 , Problem started within a hour period on my PC With following details.

[1] 0x80070057 - POFContentAppCrash

[2] error 0x8007043C

[3] Win-Defender Antivirus Real-Time Protection Feature has encountered error and failed.

[4] Win-Insider service stopped working

[5] Win-Insider Preview 17730.1000 failed to download through Windows Update Menu of Setting .

[6] Task Host Windows stopped BackgroundTask - Microsoft\Windows \ DeviceDirectoryClient\RegisterUserDevice

[7] MoAppHangXProc could not be resolved.

= Help from anybody solicited.

 

Win 10 not executing some exe files 0xc0000135

Hoping that someone has been able to resolve a similar problem and provide some suggestions.

Surely there must be a solution that does not involve formatting the HDD and reinstalling a clean copy of Win 10.

Most of the computer still works fine! I just can't run some exe files. I need to fix this as it is not an option to leave it, I need to be able to open pdf files and run the other exe files.

Still looking for suggestions.
