Windows 10: Sytem Interupt using so much of cpu(as high as 90%)

Discus and support Sytem Interupt using so much of cpu(as high as 90%) in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; The system interrupt is consuming so much of cpu(4 gb of ram, AMD Ryzen 3 2200U) as high as 90%.     Sytem Interupt using so much of cpu(as high as 90%)


    The system interrupt is consuming so much of cpu(4 gb of ram, AMD Ryzen 3 2200U) as high as 90%. I am facing this issue since I tried to restore my pc to a previous point. In the first attempt to restore even after leaving it for 6 hour it didn't restore and I had to terminate the process. In the second attempt too, while trying to restore to a earlier point it didn't restore even after 7 hours this time and I had to terminate the process again. Then I reset my pc. And ever since i'm facing slow speed, icons flashing or flickering and, the SYSTEM INTERUPT process is using cpu as high as 90%. Also tell why i'm not able to restore my pc.

    High CPU usage with 'system interupts'

    High CPU usage with 'system interrupts'. However, the usage decreases when the task manager is opened. On opening the task manager, the system interrupt is visible for a few seconds and then the CPU usage goes down.

    Windows 10 Display Blinking with High CPU

    After upgrade to Windows 10, experiencing flashing display and high CPU.

    • At initial logon screen everything is normal - wall paper and logon screen display with no blinking
    • After logon, fan starts as CPU usage spikes, cursor is accompanied by the spinning blue circle
    • touchscreen does not respond to swipe to access Recovery/Safe mode for reboot
    • able to get to Task Manager and Perfmon to see high CPU usage and explorer.exe is suspended
    looking for suggestions on how to either fix or roll back to Windows 8.1

    WMI Provider Host High CPU and 2 of them

    WMI Provider Host High CPU and 2 of them listed in task manager. I looked online and can't find simple steps as I don't know what some actions are when people speak
