Windows 10: Tablet RCA Cambio W101SA23T1 Battery issue (missing drivers)

Hello sorry for formatting or maybe lack of information just ask for any clarification and ill do the best i can but here is my issue.


I have the tablet and it's not displaying the battery information, in device manager, there is not batteries list in there. though there are 14 unknown devices. I already reached out to RCA for help and got some fixed but my overall question is does anyone have the install path of the battery so that i can manually push the driver over?


if this is being asked in the wrong place please let me know, RCA was no help so want to reach out to someone who has a working version of the tablet.

Hello like 6 months ago I bought an RCA cambio 2in1 tablet and after I have the info that the new windows 10 upgrade wasvailable I downloaded it to my RCA everything was working properly but 1 day I was traying to use it. but RCA didn't respond it. screen
was all black triying to open it, but never open it. I wonder what te issue si, if its my RCA or if its because of the new windows 10 upgrade and if its a solution. does anyone can help????

Need help with RCA Cambio Windows 10 tablet

I recently updated all my machines to the newest windows 10 1803 insiders preview build. How every my RCA Cambio 2 in 1 Tablet did to and it has totally started having problems because the intel atom and 2gb ram are not compadible to run well. Ive Contacted
RCA they say they do not have support for windows 10 and whata worse is it never came with any product key and rca cant give me one. I really need to do a complete clean reinstall of windows 10 Home 32 bit and the drivers from RCA but I will not be able to
re activate my product with out the original key. Dose anyone have any suggestions on how i can find or retrieve the original key so I can do a clean install and fix my device?
