Windows 10: Tabtip.exe problem?

When I put my computer in Sleep mode and later wake it up and try to open something, the hourglass appears but nothing opens. This started after I installed the May Feature Update.

Restart seems to be the best way to clear it up. On one occasion there was a message that said GDI + Windows if I remember correctly and it also said, TabTip.exe this app is preventing shutdown. Any easy cure? Should I undo and redo the Feature Update?

Can't run TabTip.exe without explorer after new windows update

→No, I have never change any setting.

• Are you getting any error messages when you're trying to run TabTip.exe in desktop mode?

→it's no response without error message.

• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

→Future, I want to use tablet keyboard without task bar in desktop mode because my user requested that we have to disappeared task bar. So, I need to appear keyboard automatically when click the textbox.
