Windows 10: take pictures of my screen and let me print it

Why hasn't my computer been able to take pictures of my screen and let me print it since Window 10 was installed

Pictures won't print

To print a photo, you may use the Photos app. Follow these steps:

• Open the Photos app and then click on the picture.
• Click the 3 dots icon and then choose Print.

Windows 10 printing issue while printing picture from Document files.
