Windows 10: Task bar and Settings doesn't work

I recently upgraded my Windows from 7 to 10, but now the start button, cortana and other task bar options doesn't open on clicking (i.e. nothing happens when I click it). Also, if I try to open system settings it also doesn't start. Even when I try to use the windows button on keyboard, apart from Run, none of the commands work. What is the solution for that?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if the issue persists.

• Right click on the Task Bar.
• Uncheck the option " Lock the Taskbar."

Double Tap doesn`t work on Lumia 620

Double Tap to wake doesn`t work at my Lumia 620. I have all on in settings but still doesn`t work. I`m pretty sure that in update AMBER or BLACK this function works properly. But after DENIM update doesn`t. Maybe you are planning some update for this future
?

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????
