Windows 10: Task bar flickers and screen flashes black

Discus and support Task bar flickers and screen flashes black in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; a auto update happened and now when a domain user logs in the screen flashes and task bar flashes.     Task bar flickers and screen flashes black


    a auto update happened and now when a domain user logs in the screen flashes and task bar flashes. If I log on to computer as local admin no issue


    Did DISM

    Did health Check

    Removed profile

    tried a user who never logged in

    works fine in safemode

    tried clean boot

    removed updates

    refreshed OS in troubleshooting.


    What did this UPDATE do to my computers???????????????????

    black screen then blue the task bar Flashing

    Hi... when I started my laptop it goes to the screen where I put my pin in then it goes to a black screen then blue the task bar at the bottom flashes and arrow no icon when I clicked on the windows icon in the task bar it say something bout the program
    is not there ... it worked fine yesterday but been really slow starting up!!! I'm doing the diagnostic in the bios ...what shoul i do?????

    Windows 10 black screen and flashing task bar

    windows 10 performed auto critical update on May 4 2017. after I sign in it goes to a black screen with flashing curser and task bar. I have usb key board and cant select safe mode after rebooting to trouble shoot. can get to task manager and run commands
    and open and run chrome

    For all those people who face this error please find below the easiest solution for this error.

    1. First of all click on the Catalyst Control Center.
    2. Now click on ‘3D Application Settings’.
    3. All you have to do is change the ‘Wait for Vertical Refresh’ option to ‘On, unless application specifies’.

    If you are not able to fix the issue using the steps given above and wanna try some other effective methods visit : Windows 8 and Photoshop CS6 Black Screen Flickering
