    With nothing changed from when Outlook 2016 was sending all mail perfectly, I get the following error message:


    Task 'Dan Sending' reported error [0x800CCC69): 'The server responded: 550 5.7.1 [C18] RBL restriction: Blacklisted by Internal Reputation Service - 198.23.164.116'

    This happens even when sending an empty email with only a subject and no body. What's wrong?

    outlook will not send

    I am using outlook from Office 365

    The messages go into the send folder and the software keeps trying to send.

    Error message

    Task *** Email address is removed for privacy *** - Sending' reported error (0x8004210B) : 'The operation timed out waiting for a response from the sending (SMTP) server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP). The server
    responded: 550 5.1.0 ESMTP server not available AUP#O-1070'

    Hello all,

    I've recently changed ISP's and router - but its causing me problems with sending emails from Outlook.

    The error message I am getting is.....

    Sending' reported error (0x80042109): ' Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) emails server............

    I've tried changing the port to 587 and unblocking it through the router (NetGear DGN100) - But still no luck.

    Any ideas?

    Debugging Send Error in Outlook 2013 (0x800CCC13)

    Sending' reported error (0x800CCC13) : 'Cannot connect to the network. Verify your network connection or modem.'

    I have just upgraded to win10 and keep getting this error when trying to send email. Strangely, sending is confirmed as working when I 'Test Account Settings'.

    The accounts are POP3.

    Here's what I've tried:


    I am running out of things to try - could anybody point me in the right direction to debug this?
