Windows 10: Task Manager Crashing

Its an error with my Windows 10. When my Ram is not in use my Task Manager opens as regular. But when my Ram is in use or in other words, I am playing games, and I open task manager it Crashes. Every time I force open it, it crashes with much less delay then before and at one point my Task Manager only stays up for 1 to 2 seconds.

Task manager is still crashing when applied the above steps and explorer crashes as it takes a while to close and its stuck on a white window and i cant open start till it goes.

Windows 10 - cannot add exec to Startup in Task Manager

I purchased a new computer with Windows 10 already installed. I am trying to add an exec to the startup list but Win10 will not accept it. The exec runs successfully on my Windows 10 machine if I start it manually.

Steps I've taken: Task Manager, Startup Tab, File>Run New Task. (browse to location, select.) It will start immediately, but does not show up on the list to autostart, nor does it start on reboot.

Any suggestions?
