Task Manager: Network usage 0 for all

Hello! After a Microsoft Supporter went into my PC to "solve" the problem with the microsoft store and he does a Clean Startup to solve it. Now i re-activate all the apps disabled but the task manager network usage doesn't work anymore if i try the Resource Monitor it works perfectly.

I tried to set the task manager-View- Update speed in Pause and then retick normal.

Then i disabled on the network adapter all the virtual drivers, lightweight filters, and restart the pc.

I started the network throubleshooter but no problems are identified. And the restart the pc.

After this, network usage stays always at 0 for all apps, also if i know that an app is consuming. SO how can i do?

How cna i solve? N.B. I cannot format my pc...again....

    :)

  2. Windows Task Manager showing 0 Mbps network usage

    Hello,

My task manager is showing 0 Mbps network usage per process (In process tab) despite it saying 2% used for example.

Resource monitor shows networks usage as well as the Performance tab on task manager.

Can someone please help fix this?

    Thanks,

    Rami

Task manager fail to show network usage

Task Manager: Network usage 0 for all e9840ae2-fbaf-4391-b1ce-8f4fbe9eecc3.jpg
    Recently
my Windows 10 has update itself. During the windows updating process (downloading), I realize the Task Manager>Performance showing network data usage but on Task Manager>Processes showing 0% network usage. Now even after the updating process complete, the
Task Manager>Processes still showing 0% network usage.

I check Resource Monitor and it show details of the networks usage but it state"Filtered by svchost.exe(NetworkService),System"

Is there any method to solve this problem? Is there any tendency that Windows has installed malicious program or virus during the update? Becoz in the current state, everything the Windows 10 doing at background is completely invisible. Almost every minutes
Resource Monitor shows svchost.exe(NetworkService) & System are sending and receiving data. It make me feel suspicious, why the Windows have to cover all it trace if it just doing regular updating process and why should it constantly communicate (sending &
receiving data) if it already finish the updating process?

Incorrect reporting of percentage of network usage in Task Manager

I know I have a vey slow connection by todays standards: 1 Mbps. Generally, however, it works just fine for me. Except when MS updates and whatever other processes Microsoft's "Service Host Adaptors", as listed in the Task Manager, are running. At these
time, usually at start-up, my system performs as though I am not connected to the internet at all. These MS processes use 100% of my network resources [1 Mbps]. However, the Windows 10 Task Manager lists my Network resources usage at 1%. I think this has
something to do with either my modem or router's max capabilities of 100 Mbps.

    1. Is there any way to 'inform' the task Manager that 1 Mbps is 100 percent of my available network resources?

    and

    2. If windows 10 'knew' that 1 Mbps is 100 percent of my available network resources, might the "Service Host Adaptors" cut back on their amount of bandwidth usage such that a little might be left for me to use?

    Thank you.
