Windows 10: Taskbar and start menu is white! HELP! :(

Hi Guys,


I switched to a new desktop where my background wallpapers got synced but the taskbar and start menu have become white. How do I make it black like it used to be? Please help sort it out asap if possible. Here is a screenshot -

Thank you for updating.

I suggest you to refer the link below and follow the troubleshooting steps suggested.

Troubleshoot problems opening the Start menu or Cortana.

Taskbar hides and shows itself after opening start menu.

Steps:

1. Using HDMI for a second monitor.
2. Open start menu using the icon.
3. Close start menu using the icon.
4. Click anywhere other than the task bars. (e.g. an open window, the desktop, even the first monitor's desktop)
   
5. Taskbar on second monitor slides down to be hidden.
6. Taskbar then immediately slides up to reappear.

If after closing the start menu (step 3), you click on the taskbar, then click outside the taskbar, this behavior does not occur.

Performing the steps on the main monitor's taskbar does not produce this behavior.

This has been happening for as long as I can remember using this laptop (~3years), with different nVidia drivers and Windows 10 updates.

Well, thank you, again! Good to know! However, I'm not too sure how this relates to my original issue of finding a Start Menu tab on "Taskbar and Start Menu Properties Menu".

But not to worry, I decided to live with my problem: 2 blue, mini-cloud icons, linking to my two OneDrive accounts instead of 1 blue and 1 white. The suggested solutions from OneDrive (offering bunches of help though a series of emails}, got to a point
where my skills and what they were suggesting seemed risky, especially not knowing whether it their steps would solve things.

So I decided to live with what I had 2 little blue cloud icons.
