  1. TaskBar At Top Of Screen

Somehow one of my coworkers managed to change the location of the task bar to the top of the screen. I have been trying to fix it but i have the following issues:

-If i right click on the taskbar, "Lock the taskbar" is greyed out and i cannot click it. -If i right click the start menu button and select "Properties", i get a message saying "This operatiib has been cancslled due to restrictions in effect in this computer." -Holding left click and dragging the taskbar does mot move it at all.

Any tips or advice is greatly appreciated

    Hi,

    • Press ‘Windows ’ key on the keyboard.
    • In the search box, type Settings
    • SelectSystem > Display > Advanced display settings.

      "(Recommended)”.
Also try locking and then unlocking the Taskbar and check if this helps. Follow the steps below:

    • Right-click an empty space on the taskbar.
    • If Lock the Taskbar has a check mark next to it, the taskbar is locked.
    • If it does not have a check mark, click Lock the Taskbar.
