Windows 10: Taskbar is always on top on touch devices

Dear community,I've got a Windows 11 Pro installed on my Dell 5285, my Lenovo Yoga 7i and Asus Predator Helios 300 devices. On the touchscreen devices Dell 5285, Lenovo Yoga 7i, the taskbar is always on top and overlaps my fullscreen Citrix Workspace session. On the non-touchscreen device Asus Predator Helios 300 it doesn't. I've tried switching off the touchscreen behaviorur of the taskbar and disabling the touchscreen device, however the only workaround currently is to auto-hide the taskbar yet which keeps comming back if I'm in the lower region of the screen with my mouse cursor. Yes, it works on 8.1, at least on my surface pro 3.

Couldn't do a screenshot cause can't get to Snipping tool while keyboard is up, so I did a "step recording". See attached. Pardon the background, it's my Granddaughter! Cheers! *Cool

 

Windows 10 Taskbar sometimes on top of full-screen applications

I suggest you to change the Screen Resolution and check if this helps. Follow the steps below to do the same:

• Press ‘Windows ’ key on the keyboard.
• In the search box, type Settings
  
• SelectSystem > Display > Advanced display settings.
• Under Resolution, select a new value. We suggest you stick with the resolution marked
  "(Recommended)”.

Also try locking and then unlocking the Taskbar and check if this helps. Follow the steps below:

• Right-click an empty space on the taskbar.
• If Lock the Taskbar has a check mark next to it, the taskbar is locked.
  
• If it does not have a check mark, click Lock the Taskbar.

Course, your Surface is built for that, this HP monitor is labeled 'Limited Touch Support' so, I'm hoping...
