Windows 10: Taskbar keeps freezing windows 10 SurfaceBook

The TaskBar Randomly freezes at any point, the only way to get it working is restart. Trying to restart Microsoft File Explorer through Task Manager doesn't work.


Windows 10 is up to date, ```sfc /scannow``` comes back with no issues.


What else can be done to fix this issue.
