Hello everyone, I have a terribly annoying problem and that is that my taskbar keeps crashing. If I am working with a random program that is open, I do not look at my taskbar. As a result, I do not notice whether it is still working properly. If it does not, the time stands still and I can click on any icon that is on the taskbar but nothing happens at all. If I have not used my taskbar for an hour, it is possible that the time in my taskbar is also an hour behind. If my taskbar doesn't work and I want to switch to another program that I have open, I have to do that with my Gesture button on

    :)

Taskbar and Start Menu frequently not responding

Depends on what build you are using.
Something like this, the initial build 10240 start and taskbar works all the time.

If you are using build 17063, the start and taskbar might also work all the time.
Other builds have issues depending on your experience.

I would suggest trying another build - especially if it is an Insider Preview.

  3. Windows 11 Taskbar and other UI elements do not respond to mouse clicks.

I fresh installed Windows 11 about 48 hours ago. After updates and other software installations the taskbar became unclickable/usable. The steps laid out in fix the taskbar twice. However after a restart the taskbar returns in inoperable. After the latest restart, the steps laid out in the link above no longer work.

In addition to the taskbar, other elements that do not respond to mouse clicks are The BUY window that appears when purchasing a Movie through the Movies and TV app.

Lastly, the entire Screen Snip app is unclickable. There are more UI elements that are unclickable but I listed these items due to their easy communicability.
