Windows 10: taskbar ON TOP while watching movie!

Hey i have problem that my taskbar is always set to "show" but when i play movie but when not fullscreen but maximized then it fits above bar at it should

Also before that happend at one point the icons on bar where all white and could not right click them, that will start with error msg that icon not accessible but i could press icon and program started. Ofc i tryed restarting Explorer first normal "alt+ctrl+del and task manager" from 1 tab and also with detailed tab "explorer.exe" and then start new with Admin privliges but that does not fix it..also rebooted and done "SFC scan + DISM" and there is no dmg files...


Can it be 1 file in windows that i perhaps changed the priviliges and that does make this?

Can't download the movie I purchased for rental.

I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below to download rented movies offline and check if that helps.

Steps:

1. Select the movie you want to rent and click on
   rent option.
2. Login using Microsoft account.
3. Once you have signed in, you will have two option
   to stream or download movies to this device to watch offline.
4. Select download movies to this device to watch offline and click on next.
5. After Choosing the Next option and you will be asked for the payment option.
6. Once the payment it done, open Movies & TV application to download the movie.

You will be able to watch the movie offline from
Movies and TV application. When you rent, the viewing period is 14 days from the time of your order or 24-48 hours from the time you start to watch (depending on the content you select), whichever comes first.



If you still facing issues downloading the movies after following the above steps. I suggest you to follow the troubleshooting steps mentioned below, to fix issues with Microsoft store.



Steps:

• 1. Open store application on your pc.
  2. Click on the ellipses on right top corner of the screen.
  3. Logout and login back.

Taskbar autohide not working whilst watching movies.


After upgrading from Windows 7 Professional 7 SP1 (64) to Windows 10 the taskbar auto hide not working whilst watching movies.

It used to work in Windows 7 Professional 7 SP1 (64).

Please Help !!

Windows 10 Taskbar sometimes on top of full-screen applications

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community.

I suggest you to change the Screen Resolution and check if this helps. Follow the steps below to do the same:

• Press ‘Windows ’ key on the keyboard.
• In the search box, type Settings
  
• SelectSystem > Display > Advanced display settings.
• Under Resolution, select a new value. We suggest you stick with the resolution marked
  "(Recommended)”.

Also try locking and then unlocking the Taskbar and check if this helps. Follow the steps below:

• Right-click an empty space on the taskbar.
• If Lock the Taskbar has a check mark next to it, the taskbar is locked.
  
• If it does not have a check mark, click Lock the Taskbar.
