    Taskbar Overflow Functionality in Windows 11 22H2


    I read and saw many videos from Developer previews of the Taskbar Overflow functionality, which comes into effect when you have more apps running than for which their icons can appear on the Taskbar.I have upgraded to 22H2 and am at Build 22621.521 but I am still not seeing this functionality and I was expecting it in the 22H2 official release.Is this feature not yet released?Thanks.

    Windows 11 disable taskbar overflow

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    The Taskbar in Windows 11is very limited compared to the Taskbar in Windows 10, there is limited functionality.

    Right click the Taskbar and choose Taskbar Settings, there, you will find any available settings for the Taskbar Overflow.

    The good news is, Microsoft have listened to the Insiders that tested Windows 11 and they are now testing new functionality on the Taskbar and so we should receive that in an upcoming update to Windows 11.

    In the meantime, please open the feedback hub (Windows Key + F) and provide your feedback on the lack of functionality on the taskbar in Windows 11 to the developers there.

    When is Windows 11 22H2?

    Hello,

    I was bored windows 11 is not getting any big or feature updates, there have not many features yet.

    Is Windows 11's 22H2 Version released? Or, when will it release?

    I was just asking, so I can be happy as soon as 22H2 releases.
