  1. Taskbar settings are not applied properly

Below is the symptoms.1. When using dual monitors, set 'All taskbars' for Multiple displays.Of course I turned 'Show taskbar on all displays' on.2. The screens are turned off after a period of time without using the PC and when I turn it back on, the icons on the taskbar of the second screen will disappear, except the activatedon the second monitor program icons.like 'Main taskbar and taskbar where window is open' setting. 3. I can still see the option is 'All taskbars'.4. If I want 'All taskbars' again, I should change the taskbar setting to other, and when I re-change it

    :)
