Windows 10: Technical Support for Windows

I have been waiting on the tech support line for nearly 1 hour at 8:30Pm to 9:37pm. CST. I am a paid support request for computer to fix my windows 10 which is pulling a lot of virus and driving me crazy. they know my ticket number and new I was a paid customer. I am really applaud that no one answered my

  Press windows key, and type Contact Support.
  
• 
  Select Services and apps.
  
• 
  Click on Windows.
  
• 
  Click on Technical Support.
  
• 
  There you will be able to contact the Technical support.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
