Windows 10: temporarily suspended account

Hi my account got temporarily suspended and i dont have a phone number to activate it again, in need if help.

Your account has been temporarily suspended

It's been so frustrated since Microsoft suddenly suspended my outlook account. Even I have the recovery email address, account recovery code and all other account information Microsoft just didn't bother asking me for this. Whenever I tried to log in to
my email account it says 'Your account has been temporarily suspended'. I followed the instruction to raise online Support Request numerous times but even Microsoft says they'll get back to you within 24 hours, they didn't! After days, weeks of waiting, I'm
feeling sick of their Outlook service! I don't know what to do now. I lost important emails for the last few years....
