Windows 10: Temporary files not deleting

So I was watching some Netflix when I received a pop-up message from chrome stating that I should delete the temporary cache files from Netflix, so I closed it and headed over to my storage settings and noticed that it was full, I remember having around 50GB free on my m.2 boot drive out of 256GB and I use the m.2 nvme drive for windows and other programs on my PC. Anyways as I headed over to see the list of the files and apps that are taking up space I noticed that the 50GB was in the temporary files section so I opted to clear and delete the unwanted files but only managed to delete 11GB from the temp files yet the 50GB is still there???

I tried some third-party apps, ran some CMD commands, and have cleared both temp and %temp% folders yet it's still full!

I would respond as follows:

1. No, I have not installed any third party applications to delete Temporary Internet Files or Temporary Files.

2. Yes, as mentioned in my message, I had chcked the relevant boxes for Temporary Internet Files and Temporary Files before performing Disk Clean-up. But still the files won't delete.

Your suggestion is about deleting Browsing history. I don't have any issues with deleting Browsing history. It's about deleting Temporary Internet Files and Temporary Files. Browsing history can be deleted via Internet Options or from the option available
in the Hub of Microsoft Edge.

Any help on how to delete Temporary Internet Files and Temporary Files would be greatly appreciated.
