Windows 10: Temporary internet files has padlock, can not delate

    Temporary internet files has padlock, can not delate


    Hi all
    I have spent hours trying to solve this problem, when doing a disc clean up my temporary internet files stay at 648kb with padlock...and temporary files 3.09kb . I noticed this about a week ago, i have had this Dell desktop for about five years and Mcfee two years, i even got a tech from microsoft to take over my computer for a free check and they could not solve it *Sad..thanks

    disk clean up

    I am running windows 10. I run disk clean up and it has a padlock icon next to the "temporary internet files" and will not delete these files. How can I change this and remove the padlock icon to be able to delete these files? Thanks
