    Deleting files from "storage memory."

    Also important to delete your temporary internet files .

    Temporary internet files are created when you browse and these can take up a lot of room. To clear out temporary internet files....

    From Internet Explorer, click on Tools, Options, Memory, Delete Files.

    Yes, there's a free version available, and also a portable version in case you don't want to install it (check the Builds page link at the bottom of the Downloads page to get the portable version).
