Windows 10: Teredo Adapter Disabled and Missing

I've been trying to play multiplayer of Forza 7 with my friend for the last couple of weeks, but just can't connect to the server. After consulting online, I pretty much determined that it's because my teredo is disabled. There is no Teredo Tunnelling Adapter or Teredo Tunnelling Pseudo-Interface in my device manager, even I selected to show hidden devices. Then I followed online instruction to reinstall legacy hardware, but there is no Teredo for me to select under the Microsoft Tab. Then I tried the edit registry option, and found there is no DisabledComponents key under the parameter path. I updated my system to 1803 on Jun 25th and successfully joined a Forza 7 multiplayer match at 1st July, could someone help me here?

Teredo Tunneling Adapter Is Missing

The Teredo Tunneling Adapter is missing from my PC. I have tried to find it in device manager and it is not there. I did select show hidden devices but it still does not show up. I than tried to install it from the device manager via add legacy hardware,
but it does not show up in the list under the Microsoft section. I have tried wiping my computer and reinstalling windows and that still did not fix it. When I run command prompt and type

'netsh interface Teredo show state' it shows that it is disabled but even when I run 'netsh interface Teredo set state type=default' than run

'netsh interface Teredo show state' it still shows that it is disabled. I'm out of ideas and cant find anything else on this subject to try. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

 

Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter not Found

Hi,

It started off from teredo unable to qualify for Xbox connection.

Then, I tried following tons of suggestions through showing hidden drivers in Device manager, changing DisabledComponents value to 0.

However, I still cannot find Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter.

I tried to install it by adding legacy hardware with all ways, but there was no Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter in the list of the Microsoft Network Adapter .
