    Teredo is unable to qualify.
    Server connectivity - Blocked

I have tried almost every fix ive seen online with no luck whatsoever. The best ive gotten is for my nat type to change to open for a moment, but i still am unable to play, and it has since returned to unable to qualify. Ive tried every fix on the xbox support page for this problem with no luck. Also saw somewhere in a thread that having a vpn installed at some point could have lasting effects, and sure enough nord still has a network adapter, although it says its disabled. Any other fixes for this? really mad that i suddenly cant play a game which I have a load of time into. (Forza)

also not sure if any of this helps but this is some extra stuff ive seen

teredo status showed as disabled in cmd
game is extremely stuttery when trying to connect to online
nat type only changed briefly to open then reverted back to Unable to qualify when restarting the service "Peer network grouping"

so done troubleshooting this. I dont even know much about using cmd and throwing commands into it to try to fix this is really getting annoying. I really have no clue wtf is going on, so any help is appreciated.

    Teredo unable to qualify

    Hi JayKay,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

Failure to obtain a Teredo IP address can occur when there’s an issue with your Teredo adapter, when a device on your network is blocking the Teredo protocol, or if there’s software installed on your PC that’s disabling
Teredo functionality. If you haven’t tried the methods listed in the following articles yet, I would suggest you to try them first and see if it works:

    Note:

Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow these steps carefully. For added protection, back up the registry before you modify it. Then, you can restore the registry
if a problem occurs. To backup and restore registry key, refer to this
    link.

If the issue persists, I would suggest you to
    uninstall
and re-install the Xbox app to see if you can get it to work.

    • Right click the Windows icon on the taskbar and choose Windows PowerShell (Admin).
    • Copy and paste the following command and hit Enter:

      Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.XboxApp | Remove-AppxPackage
    • Reboot the computer once the command is executed.
    • Once the machine restarts, launch Microsoft Store and reinstall the Xbox app.

After reinstalling the Xbox app, open Windows PowerShell (Admin)
again and copy paste the following command to enable Teredo.

netsh interface Teredo set state type=default

Let us know how it goes.

    Regards,

  3. Teredo is unable to qualify

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I understand that you are facing issues while playing games as Teredo is unable to qualify. For further clarity on the issue, please respond to the questions below.

    1. Are you aware of any changes made to the PC prior to which you weren’t facing this issue?
    2. Which build version of Windows 10 are you using currently?

    Refer the article
Which version of Windows operating system am I running?

Meanwhile, I would suggest you to refer the article
    Teredo is unable to qualify
    and see if that helps.

Note: Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow these steps carefully. For added protection, back up the registry before you modify it. Then, you can
restore the registry if a problem occurs. To backup and restore registry key, refer to

    this
    link.

In addition, as you have mentioned that Norton is blocking a port which is being used by Teredo adapter, I would suggest you to try disabling the antivirus and check if the status changes.

Note: If you disable the security software or firewall, the system might be temporarily exposed to security threats and risks. Please make sure to turn it on after performing the steps.

You can also create an exception in Norton for the ports, refer the article

    Use the Add Rule wizard
