Teredo Troubleshooting "Cannot Sign in to XBOX Live" "Unable to qualify"

    Hello,

I've been having trouble with Teredo and XBOX Live lately, they affect the games and I'm also assuming some other XBOX related applications on my computer as well.

Upon checking with Xbox Networking, under Xbox Live multiplayer the NAT Type states that "Teredo is unable to qualify"

And upon typing "netsh interface Teredo show state" on the administrator command prompt I am met with the lines:

Teredo Troubleshooting "Cannot Sign in to XBOX Live" "Unable to qualify" 394308bc-6123-4562-b6a8-4d534b582dfb?upload=true.png

I've tried all of the solutions here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/connect-network/troubleshoot-party-chat#:~:text=Failure%20to%20obtain%20a%20Teredo,PC%20that's%20disabling%20Teredo%20functionality.

As well as this solution that I found on Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/killerinstinct/comments/4ctslv/possible_fix_for_those_having_trouble_with_teredo/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share

All of them don't seem to work as Teredo is still unable to qualify.

My Windows OS is up to date, as I just updated it twice recently.

If someone knows what the problem is, please, I need some help with this issue as it has been plaguing my computer for around a year now. I've never been able to play Xbox Live related games on my PC Halo: Master Chief Collection and Sea of Thieves. I've given up on it many times and come back to it just to be met with failure again.

Will resetting my PC fix these problems? I want to know if doing a PC reset will also fix my networking issues with Teredo, or networking issues in general as I also have some networking issues with other apps

Any help is greatly appreciated, and if I find a solution from one of the helpers on this website I will be incredibly thankful.

Please help me join the Xbox Live Gaming Community. :

  2. XBOX: Teredo is unable to qualify

    Hi Will,

The Teredo is unable to qualify error means that your PC is unable to obtain a Teredo IP address.
Failure to obtain a Teredo IP address can occur when there’s an issue with your Teredo adapter, when a device on your network is blocking the Teredo protocol or if there’s software installed on your PC that’s disabling Teredo functionality. Without
a Teredo IP address, you’ll be unable to use party chat or do multiplayer gaming on Xbox Live.

To resolve your concern, you may follow the provided solutions on this

Xbox app on PC - "Teredo is unable to qualify"

    Hello,

The problem I am having is that the Xbox app on Windows 10 shows the NAT Type as :Teredo is unable to qualify.

However the problem actually seems to be a disconnect between Teredo and the app, as shown below:

    Type : natawareclient

    Server Name : win10.ipv6.microsoft.com

Client Refresh Interval : 20 seconds

    Client Port : unspecified

    State : qualified

Client Type : teredo host-specific relay

    Network : unmanaged

    NAT : cone

NAT Special Behaviour : UPNP: Yes, PortPreserving: Yes

    Local Mapping : 192.168.1.XXX:56398

    External NAT Mapping : XXX.XX.XX.XXX:56398

    Numbers changed for security reasons

    Xbox App network status

    Internet Connection : Connected

Xbox Live Services : Up and running

    Xbox Multiplayer:

NAT type :Teredo is unable to qualify

    Server connectivity : Blocked

    Performance:

    Latency :Not available

    Packet Loss : Blocked

I have already completed all the recommended steps from the following two links:
