Windows 10: Terminal randomly pops up.

I am defaulting this to "Gaming", but this problem could apply to more categories.So, this CMD/Powershell window keeps popping up, it's empty and it randomly appears and disturbs me whenever I am doing something, no it does not happen only when I'm doing something, it pops up randomly and I really really am annoyed with this.One guide suggested that I open up Powershell as administrator, and type in the following command: "Get-ScheduledTask Get-ScheduledTaskInfo select TaskName, TaskPath, LastRunTime out-gridview". This is what showed up

Hello! So similarly to other people I have the same problem, I did try what @simrick suggested, this is what it looks like.

You Need To Enable Touch And Keyboard Handwriting Service On To Fix This Problem
To enable Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service, follow these steps:

1. Press Win+R in combination to open the Run dialog box.
2. In the empty field of the box, type Services.msc and hit the Enter key to open the Services (Local) editor.
3. locate Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service entry under Name section.
4. Now double click it
5. Change The Startup Type To Automatic If It Not Already
6. Then Click The Start Button Then Click Ok And Close The Window
7. Now Relaunch Windows Terminal Your Problem Should Now Be Fixed

That should not be happening but it's a different issue...that may be fixed running sfc /scannow. I suspect corrupted files there.
