Windows 10: Test Mode Water Mark

I've asked this question before and got no where. NEED HELP PLEASE. I'm trying to remove the test mode watermark from a Windows 10 laptop. I have ran the command - bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING OFF and it was successful. Restarted the computer and it was gone. After a little while it appeared again. What else could I do to get this removed? Everything we've tried works for a little then stops working after a day or less. Windows in the bottom right is still saying the laptop is not a full version of Windows but it actually has Windows 10 Pro.

Win10 Test Mode Water Mark Issue

Demo/TempKey - found it on internet - it successfully installs - but never activates - it is some kind of '30 Day Demo Key'

Water Mark Screen Shot - Dont have one right now - it shows up whenever it does. But when it shows up I need to reboot it goes away at reboot and shows back up. It covers the whole screen large words in two lines- "Test Mode"

I have done this clean boot - lets see what comes out of it. (How do I re-enable all the stuff I disabled. ?)

 

Water Mark???

What happened to the Win10 water mark? I was receiving updates for Win10 preview Insider build fast mode. All of a sudden I'm back to Win10 Pro. I never changed it. The water mark was in the lower right corner. I reset it back to get insider builds but
still no water mark. This water mark came in handy to see what version/build I was on and also to know what HDD I am on as I duel boot from Win10 Insider to Win10 Pro.

 

Windos Test mode

I am using windows 10 pro 64 bit and is activated, suddenly i notice that on right bottom corner of desktop a water mark mentioning windows test mode and the version . why itis happen ,how could remove the water mark ?
